About the program

What you'll
study

This diplomado presents a general description of the world of corporate financial management, with emphasis on the time value of money and the evaluation of financial decisions.

That requires establishing the relationship between the cost of capital and the future returns of an investment. This perspective then leads to risk analysis, capital budgeting, cash flows and financial management.

The program moves from the legal forms of business organization through to international corporate finance and the impact of taxation on company financing.

Who it's for

Professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners working in finance, treasury, collections or accounting — and anyone who wants to apply financial procedures in their organization or personal life.
